Deposit & Refund Policy

Clear payment rules for health check-ups, dental consultation deposits, digital guides, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. About Online Payments
QGO Medical may collect online payments for service coordination, appointment reservation, consultation arrangement, bilingual support, digital products, or related administrative support.
Unless a product page clearly states that the payment is a full service fee, online payments should be understood as reservation payments or deposits for coordination and booking purposes.
2. Health Check-up Payments
Health check-up packages may be paid online in full when the package scope and price are clearly stated on the product page.
After payment, QGO HEALTH will confirm appointment city, medical institution availability, appointment schedule, preparation instructions, and next steps.
If the selected appointment time or city is unavailable, QGO HEALTH will offer rescheduling options or discuss refund eligibility with the customer.
3. Dental Deposit Policy
Dental implant, veneer, smile design, and other dental products sold online are consultation or reservation deposits unless clearly stated otherwise.
The deposit is not the full dental treatment fee.
Final dental treatment pricing depends on in-person dental assessment, oral condition, imaging results, implant brand, crown material, bone graft needs, clinic availability, and dentist recommendation.
The remaining treatment balance is paid in China after the final clinical plan is confirmed by the dental provider.
4. Digital Product Payments
Digital guidebook products may be paid online in full.
Once a digital guide has been delivered or downloaded, the payment is generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless QGO HEALTH confirms a technical delivery failure that cannot be resolved.
5. Rescheduling
Customers should contact QGO Medical as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of the relevant medical institution, clinic, doctor, dentist, or service provider.
QGO Medical will make reasonable efforts to help customers reschedule, but specific time slots, providers, or locations cannot be guaranteed.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation eligibility may depend on payment type, appointment status, cancellation timing, third-party provider policy, and whether coordination work has already been performed.
Customers should submit cancellation requests in writing by email or WhatsApp.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the type of payment, appointment status, cancellation timing, and third-party provider policies.
PayPal transaction fees, payment processing fees, third-party costs, bank charges, and already-performed coordination services may be non-refundable where applicable.
Refunds, when approved, are normally returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
8. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the payment or deposit may be non-refundable.
9. Provider Changes
QGO Medical may recommend alternative appointment times, cities, clinics, or providers if the original option becomes unavailable.
If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, QGO Medical will discuss refund eligibility with the customer.
