3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Using our website, submitting a form, contacting us, or making a payment does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and QGO HEALTH.
Any doctor-patient relationship, if applicable, is between you and the licensed medical or dental professional or institution providing the actual medical or dental service.
4. Payments and Reservations

Payment may be used to reserve service coordination, appointment assistance, bilingual support, consultation arrangement, or related administrative support.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, online payments are not the full medical or dental treatment fee.
Final service details, medical institution availability, appointment schedule, treatment plan, and pricing may depend on city, clinic or hospital availability, doctor or dentist assessment, package selection, and individual needs.
5. Dental Deposit Policy
For dental and implant services, a deposit may be used to reserve a dental consultation, scan appointment, and bilingual coordination support.
The deposit is not the full treatment fee.
Final dental treatment plans and pricing are subject to in-person dental assessment, oral condition, implant brand, crown material, bone graft needs, clinic availability, and dentist recommendation.
6. Health Checkup Package Policy
Health checkup package prices shown on our website are starting or indicative prices unless otherwise stated.
Final package availability and details may depend on city, medical institution, appointment schedule, package selection, and individual needs.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
